Paralegal Conveyancing
Gavin joined the firm in June 2021 after graduating from Northumbria University in 2021 with a First Class Honours MLaw (Exempting) degree. This degree incorporated the Legal Practice Course and a Masters qualification.
Gavin aims to qualify as a solicitor, but currently works as a Paralegal in our conveyancing department. He supports our conveyancers with a range of conveyancing tasks, particularly in relation to post-completion related correspondence and formalities which include Stamp Duty Land Tax and Land Registry Registrations and managing our conveyancing file closures.
He also assists with the provision of quotations, undertaking necessary searches, liaising with estate agents and assisting with client enquiries.
