Increase to HM Land Registry Registration Fees

From Monday 31 January 2022, some of HM Land Registry’s land registration fees will increase for the first time since 2009.
The increased fees will have to be paid when and application is submitted on or after 31st January 2022 or when an application is cancelled or rejected and resubmitted on or after 31st January.
