Family Law Department – Now Accepting New Cases
Following the recent changes to our Family Law Department, we are now accepting new cases.
The team comprising two experienced solicitors, Gill Wright and Jane Bradbeer, and our paralegal, Diljeet Gill focus on children law, providing clear, compassionate, and expert legal advice tailored to your circumstances.
They have extensive experience in both private and public law children matters, including:
- Child arrangements (following relationship breakdown for parents or with family members such as grandparents).
- Injunctions and Non-Molestation Orders.
- Care proceedings, including Public Law Outline (PLO) processes and issuing of Care Proceedings.
If you need help with a matter concerning your children, perhaps because you are in receipt of a letter from the Local Authority, which asks you to attend a meeting, please get in touch with us as we are accepting new cases.
You will find that you need help and support with local authority proceedings.
You may be worried about whether you can afford the legal fees and this may cause you question whether you should contact a solicitor, but cases concerning your children and Local Authority proceedings are funded by legal aid. We will advise on any queries regarding eligibility for legal aid in advance of any appointment being made to ensure you are not worried about whether you can afford to seek legal advice and support.
If your matter concerns support with a family matter involving children, which is a private law matter that does not meet the eligibility criteria for legal aid, we offer a fixed-fee initial (£250 plus VAT at 20 per cent) appointment where we can discuss your legal needs and the potential costs.
