We became a Limited Company on 1st May 2022

Our clients may have noticed that Hannays Solicitors and Advocates became a Limited Company on 1st May 2022.

Previously, we were constituted as a Partnership, and that Partnership ended on 30th April 2022 when we converted to a limited company on 1st May.

However, most of the changes associated with our change of entity have all been to do with our organisation and management of the firm, rather than any changes that our clients would notice.

We are still providing the same high quality service that our clients expect from us.

Our former Partners, Kim Rainford and Gill Wright  are now Directors, and all our staff are still working as usual.

Any client funds that we held in our client account for the former Hannays Solicitors and Advocates are still being held in the same bank account safely.

Any deeds or documents stored for former clients are still being stored with the same details provided  when the deeds or documents went into storage and can be accessed by contacting us on 0191 4555361 or emailing info@hannayslaw.co.uk
