This new search compiles information from many sources which might be useful to know before making a final decision as to whether to move forward with a potential purchase.

For example, there’s a section about the local Amenities, Infrastructure and Entertainment, nearby transport links and the addresses of local doctors, dentists, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, police stations and other community information.

For those with children, there is a section giving details of the distance and addresses of local nurseries, schools, and colleges.

For investors considering changes to a prospective property, there is information about any large building developments within 500 meters, small projects within 125 meters and house extensions within 50 meters.

This may give an indication how easy it is to get planning permission from the Local Authority, what sort of building development has been permitted and what planning constraints there are in the area.

Miscellaneous information includes, air quality readings, presence of radon, presence of phone masts, and planning considerations such as Green Belt Land and Special Areas of Conservation.

Depending on whether the property is to be a new home, an investment opportunity, or an extra property, some of the above can be deal breakers, and getting full information about a property can allow peace of mind and prevent problems later.

Our costs for processing this report for a prospective buyer are £10.00 plus VAT (£12.00) for this service, meanwhile the search itself costs £28.80 (including VAT), making a total of £40.80.
